★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo funcionan 3 sucursales ya en Nuevo Leon la de antalya, del Valle y la de revolución, pónganlo siempre entrega a ocurre y mejor dense la vuelta para que no se "extravie", MEJOR PIDAN ESTAFETA LLEGA EN 1 DÍA
Only 3 branches work already in Nuevo Leon, the one in Antalya, del Valle and the one in the revolution, always put it on delivery and better turn around so it doesn't get "lost", BETTER ASK FOR ESTAFETA IT ARRIVES IN 1 DAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puse una estrella para poder dar mi opinión pero hubiera querido poner cero... Nefasto servicio el que da esta mensajería!! Según ellos yo recibí el paquete que me fue enviado, pero no fue así!! Incluso tuvieron el descaro de firmar con mi nombre, aceptando que recibí dicho paquete!! Son un asco la verdad!!
I put a star to give my opinion but I would have wanted to put zero ... Nefarious service that gives this messaging! According to them I received the package that was sent to me, but it was not like that! They even had the nerve to sign my name, accepting that I received the package! They are disgusting the truth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!!! De recolección a domicilio tengo 3 días esperando enviar un paquete y solo me dan folios y mas folios, pedi cancelar guias y solo me dijeron que podia levantar un reporte pero despues pasarian por mi paquete, no recomiendo esta paqueteria.
Terrible service!!!! From home collection I have 3 days waiting to send a package and they only give me pages and more pages, I asked to cancel guides and they only told me that I could file a report but then they would go through my package, I do not recommend this package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio pésimo, supuestamente llegaron a entregar mi paquete ,aproximadamente a la 10:40 y no es verdad, estaba en mi casa con la puerta abierta,y desde la calle se ve que hay personas, ni siquiera llamaron para saber si estába.
Llamo a la sucursal y nadie contesta, esperaré a la siguiente fecha de entrega, a ver si ahora sí vienen.
A lousy service, they supposedly delivered my package at approximately 10:40 and it's not true, I was in my house with the door open, and from the street you can see that there are people, they didn't even call to see if it was there.
I call the branch and no one answers, I'll wait for the next delivery date, to see if they come now.

Nisiquiera se toman la molestia de acudir a la dirección y lo reportan como datos de dirección insuficiente ? marcamos a servicio al cliente y nadie puede dar solución, después de pasar la llamada con mil gentes (según encargados) su única solución es levantar un reporte y se tarda de 24-48 horas en proceder , no para entregar , y no nos dan solución de cuándo podemos tener el paquete. Se atraviesa el fin de semana, no trabajan sábados ni domingos, entonces hasta la próxima semana se "reporta un asesor " para dar seguimiento al "reporte" osea: no tendré el paquete nisiquiera la próxima semana. JAMAS ... Repito , JAMAS PIDAN NADA QUE LLEGUE POR ESTA PAQUETERIA
Terrible service !!! They don't even bother to go to the address and report it as insufficient address data ? we call customer service and no one can provide a solution, after passing the call with a thousand people (according to managers) their only solution is to file a report and It takes 24-48 hours to proceed, not to deliver, and they do not give us a solution on when we can have the package. They go through the weekend, they don't work on Saturdays or Sundays, so until next week an advisor "reports" to follow up on the "report" that is: I won't even have the package next week. NEVER ... I repeat , NEVER ASK FOR ANYTHING THAT COMES THROUGH THIS PACKAGE
