★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, un asco de atención, me refiere el paquete en transito y actualizan cuando se les da la gana, te ah en esperar, vas a su centro de distribución y tampoco saben donde esta tu paquete...
Terrible service, a disgust of attention, the package in transit refers me and they update when they feel like it, oh wait, you go to their distribution center and they do not know where your package is ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega, te garantizan la entrega de 3 a 5 días y tardan más de un semana si es que te entregan, tuve que ir por mi paquete a su CEDIS de AGS que por cierto no está donde indica Google. Su servicio a cliente tarda en pasar sus reportes hasta 48 horas hábiles que son como 4 días más de espera. Entregaron uno de mis paquetes en un domicilio equivocado... Pésimo de verdad... No lo recomiendo para nada
Terrible delivery service, they guarantee the delivery of 3 to 5 days and take more than a week if they deliver you, I had to go for my package to your CEDIS of AGS that by the way is not where Google indicates. It takes your customer service to pass your reports up to 48 business hours that are like 4 more days of waiting. They delivered one of my packages to a wrong address ... Terrible really ... I do not recommend it at all

They do not deliver the packages, 2 consecutive times they marked what was delivered and received by me and in the signature of receipt they mark a line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eso ya no es un Redpack. Es un Paquetexpress. Les falta mucha actualización porque aparte de que queda lejos se pierde tiempo al venir hasta aquí.
That is no longer a Redpack. It is an express package. They need a lot of updating because apart from the fact that it is far away, time is wasted coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, que me lo entregaron a mi y nada, al otro día que lo llevaron, cheque las cámaras y puras mentiras, tercer día, en las cámaras vi que llegaron y ni siquiera tocaron y se fueron inmediatamente. Nada recomendable este servicio. No lo vuelvo a usar. Aguascalientes
