Manuel it’s the counter clerk is a gem, kind and supportive in everything necessary and although Redpack suddenly has a bad reputation I have never had a mishap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables tanto la persona de mostrador como los repartidores, aunque demoren un poco en repartir cuando llega a la ciudad, si voy a recoger, me entregan rápido y sin problema. En general dan buen servicio en Chetumal.
The person at the counter and the delivery men are very friendly, although they take a while to deliver when they arrive in the city, if I go to pick up, they deliver me quickly and without problem. In general they give good service in Chetumal.
