Pésimo servicio, mi paquete estuvo en ruta de entrega mas de 15 días sin moverse de la Sucursal de San Andres Tuxtla. Si hablas al teléfono te contestan de forma grosera.
Terrible service, my package was in route of delivery more than 15 days without moving from the Branch of San Andres Tuxtla. If you talk to the phone they answer you in a rude way.

Mande una caja a tierra blanca y me abrieron la caja por debajo para no romper el seño .le sacaron cosas y para llenarla le metieron ropa vieja rota y llena de pelo de perro.No entiendo como pueden ser tan desonestas estas personas no tienen etica en su trabajo es un servicio que ya habia pagado .

EN MI EXPERIENCIA, MUY MAL SERVICIO, NUNCA ME ENTREGARON MI PAQUETE, SOLO REPORTARON QUE LE HABIAN ROBADO TODOS LOS PAQUETES, Y YA, NO ME RESPONDIERON POR ESE PAQUETE.NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO. PESIMO SERVICIO. APARTE MUY GROSEROS AL CONTESTAR.
IN MY EXPERIENCE, VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO ME, THEY ONLY REPORTED THAT ALL THE PACKAGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN, AND ALREADY, THEY DID NOT ANSWER ME FOR THAT PACKAGE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY RUDE TO ANSWER.

Es un asco su servicio, el primer paquete lo tuve que ir a traer a la instalación de San Andrés ya que jamás se presentaron en mi domicilio y la guía marcaba como domicilio incorrecto, los otros dos paquetes llevan dos semanas en las instalaciones de Villahermosa no se les ha dado movimiento, intentar llamar es un problema ya que jamás contestan los teléfonos ni en San Andrés ni en Villahermosa. Que deficiente servicio.

Es la peor paquetería, mi pedido supuestamente se entregó desde el 7 de enero cuando no fue así, y después de 1 mes de estar presionando me comentaron que estaba en la sucursal. Como empresa dan un mal servicio. De la misma manera tengo un pedido con entrega del 28 de enero y estamos ahorita a 31 y me responde todavía la del teléfono que posiblemente hoy. Ósea que practicamente ellos entregan cuando quieren y no cuando deben ?
It is the worst package, my order was supposedly delivered on January 7 when it was not, and after 1 month of pressing they told me that it was in the branch. As a company they provide poor service. In the same way I have an order with delivery on January 28 and we are right now at 31 and the phone still answers me, possibly today. Pensaba enviar mi paquete con ellos por el costo accesible, pero prefiero pagar mas con estafeta, para que sea seguro la llegada de mi paquete, y no suceda como en otros casos con redpack que se pierden, deberían mejorar su servicio, para ir quitando las malas experiencias de los exclientes, y generar nuevos clientes.
I thought to send my package with them for the affordable cost, but I prefer to pay more with courier, so that the arrival of my package is safe, and it does not happen as in other cases with redpack that are lost, they should improve their service, to gradually remove the bad experiences of former clients, and generate new clients.
