El servicio es en absoluto malo, no responden llamadas ni emails, compré dos artículos con diferencia de 4 días y el primero nunca me llegó, el segundo tardo 20 días desde su arribo a las oficinas en Laredo y me llegó maltratado. Califico con CERO ESTRELLAS. Si necesitan importar algo mejor pague le comisión a una persona.
Second warning The service is not bad at all, no calls or emails are answered, I bought two items with a difference of 4 days and the first one never arrived, the second it took 20 days since I arrived at the offices in Laredo and I got mistreated. I qualify with ZERO STARS. If you need to import something better, pay commission to a person.

It was a good cheap and fast service, now a package took me more than 25 days, they say they came to make the delivery and it is a lie, their phones do not work or their mail is a riot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio! Por email contestan sin problema... (creí que ya había perdido mis compras; nada que ver... por email actualizan todo y ya las tengo en mis manos). Sólo que es un poco más tardado que antes, pero sin mayor problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Compra en USA y recibe en México" Nunca vuelvo a pedir un servicio de paquetería con esta empresa. Nunca llegó el paquete y no hay contacto con la compañía, no contestan llamadas ni correos. Una estrella porque no se pueden poner CERO.
"Buy in the USA and receive in Mexico" I never ask for a parcel service with this company again. The package never arrived and there is no contact with the company, they do not answer calls or emails. One star because they cannot be ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He leído los comentarios que han hecho sobre este servicio y estoy totalmente en desacuerdo. Es verdad que no contestan por teléfono, pero por correo recibí muy buena atención.
Desde que mi paquete llegó con ellos, se me notificó y se me pidió que subiera la factura, hiciera el pago y subiera el comprobante. Al hacerlo, me confirmaron que en un lapso de 3-5 días hábiles iniciaría el proceso de importación.
AL HACER TODO COMO LO PIDEN, CUMPLEN. El paquete llegó en 4 días hábiles y en perfectas condiciones, incluso se tomaron la molestia de colocar mayor protección a mis artículos.
I have read the comments you have made about this service and I totally disagree. It is true that they do not answer by phone, but by mail I received very good attention.
Since my package arrived with them, I was notified and asked to upload the invoice, make the payment and upload the voucher. In doing so, they confirmed that the import process would start within 3-5 business days.
BY DOING EVERYTHING AS THEY REQUEST, YOU COMPLY. The package arrived in 4 business days and in perfect condition, they even went to the trouble of putting more protection on my items.

Tardaron 6 días en registrar mi paquete después de su llegada a las oficinas de Texas y me informaron que había una incidencia que tenían que solucionar (contiene una pieza de madera, lo cual aparentemente está prohibido aunque no se indica en su página web). Llevo varias semanas esperando y no hay forma de recuperar mi paquete, ya lo he dado por perdido.
Terrible service. They do not answer by phone or by mail. It took 6 days for my package to be checked in after it arrived at the Texas offices and they informed me that there was an issue that they needed to fix (it contains a piece of wood, which is apparently prohibited although it is not stated on their website). I have been waiting for several weeks and there is no way to recover my package, I have already given it up for lost.
