Redwood Villas Zona Industrial Hotel - 78394 San Luis

Excellent for family long term stay in a quite area. Amazing hostesses. Best hospitality treatment I've ever recieved from a hotel. 10/10

They have all facilities and well maintained villas. Breakfast is amazing! Would definitely recommend it.

Very convinient place for foreign people visiting our San Luis Potosi city. Is close of the Industrial area in a peaceful and safe zone.

BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY! They have robbed me of two nights that I didn't stay there. They will let anyone stay at the hotel who don't care to disrupt others sleep. The office staff who are hardly there, will do NOTHING to take care of your neighbors who are playing loud music at unreasonable times. Overnight, if you think there is some administrative service, there isn't. If you happen to have any kind of emergency you're out of luck. The rooms STINK like a septic system, throughout the entire suite. The TV remotes don't work but maybe for one TV, being that there are 4 televisions, one in each room. The hotel does not feel or seem to be in the safe Zone. The entrance to the office seems to be okay but when you finally get your room you have to go through a back alley which is quite dark with no lighting no security cams or anything and you have to wait for the gates to open forward against your car and most the time that we left and came they were not even looking out for us so we had to stand out in the dark in the black alleys until they finally realize we had been waiting there for more than 5 minutes trying to get in. I have been unsuccessful at getting someone to answer my phone call just to refund me the days I was charged for and didn't stay. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID, TRUSTING THESE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! One star is way too much, if I could rate them negative stars I would! But never again, will I dare stay here!!!

It is like a very nice Loft. So comfortable and well equipped! Also, common areas (garden, pool) are cool.

Not a family friendly place but definitely is a place to keep in mind when you travel only for work. Far from the city but close to where the business happen, cost the same as a hotel and yet you have a whole house (villa) for your self, with laundry, kitchen, etc. Also the place takes care of the house cleaning and delivers breakfast to your door. Another plus, there is an small mall with some good restaurants and a convenience store right in the corner, 3 min away walking.

Excellent customer service. The staff was very courteous and accommodated all of my many needs. The yard is huge. They have a small playground to entertain kids and the pool is also very nice. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. No frozen foods in here! The villa was very sophisticated and spacious with a very pleasant color schemes, merely cold colors, which are great for resting. There's a parking spot right in front of your villa, a half bathroom and all common areas on the first story while the three bedrooms were all on the second story. There was also a balcony and a patio. Very good experience, better than most of my experiences in many hotels. I highly recommend that you stay at this place. It is awesome!!!
