Here you are robbed or scammed. I asked for some spark plugs for my car of a certain material, and the ones they extended were ones that were not compatible with the model of my car, they were used and the material was inferior.

Two weeks ago I asked for iridium plugs, however they gave me platinum ones from a model that was not for my car. The price was attractive which is why I bought them. The spark plugs did not come in their original packaging and they looked already used, they told me that they were. My mechanic told me that they weren't the spark plugs and explained that they were platinum, so I had to go back and ask to have them exchanged or my money back. They did not return my money, and again they gave me some spark plugs that were not, trying to convince me that they were made of iridium, making the person very impertinent when trying to convince me. To avoid problems, I went to the ROLCAR that is near there, and they gave me the spark plugs I needed and explained how to identify them. Even my mechanic told me that the ROLCAR is a very reliable part. Therefore, I recommend you not to buy in this auto parts store. The service and attention are terrible and they give you used spare parts or parts that are not from your car and that can lead to its failure.
