★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia en el taller, fuimos a cambiar un sensor de oxígeno pero como era Sábado antes de cerrar, solo me entregaron el vehículo y en lo que fui a revisarlo, lo dejaron mal y ya habían cerrado, no pude utilizar mi vehículo durante el fin de semana. Regresé el Lunes y el sensor nuevo que le pusieron pues no jaló y aunque amablemente nos devolvieron el dinero del sensor, nos dijeron que nos volverían a poner el sensor que tenía anteriormente y aceptamos para no hacerles perder su tiempo ni tampoco el nuestro, después cuando lo llevamos con otro mecánico, resultó que no lo habían conectado, ni siquiera le cortaron el conector que estaba chamuscado. Mal servicio, falta de seriedad y al final un gasto innecesario.
Bad experience in the workshop, we went to change an oxygen sensor but since it was Saturday before closing, they only gave me the vehicle and when I went to check it, they left it badly and had already closed, I could not use my vehicle during the end of week. I returned on Monday and the new sensor that they put in it did not pull and although they kindly gave us the money back for the sensor, they told us that they would put the sensor they had previously and we accepted so as not to waste their time or ours, later when We took it to another mechanic, it turned out that they had not connected it, they did not even cut the connector that was scorched. Bad service, lack of seriousness and in the end an unnecessary expense.
