★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan teléfono, ni llamadas al celular. Se comprometen con fechas y no cumplen. El personal es muy poco profesional y con un servicio pesimo. Es una porquería este negocio. El Sr. José Luis el ecargadoo nunca está y cuando llegas hablar con el solo te dice no se preocupe patrón nosotros lo conseguimos pero son puras mentiras.
Venden piezas que no sabes si ellos las reconstruyen, te hablan de un proveedor y luego de un taller pero en realidad son puras mentiras. Son unos mentirosos. No compren nada en este lugar.
Creo que me quedo corto con mi comentario........ Es un desastre este lugar.
Terrible service, they do not answer the phone or cell phone calls. They commit to dates and do not comply. The staff is very unprofessional and with a very poor service. This business is crap. Mr. José Luis the ecargadoo is never there and when you get to speak to him he just says don't worry, boss, we got it but they are pure lies.
They sell pieces that you do not know if they rebuild them, they tell you about a supplier and then a workshop but in reality they are pure lies. They are liars. Don't buy anything in this place.
I think I fall short with my comment ........ This place is a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo, ? desgraciadamente no leímos las recomendaciones y compramos en este nefasto lugar, te venden reconstruido como si fuera nuevo y no respetan garantías, en verdad te Roban literal el dinero, gente como ellos no deberían tener abierto mal trato, pero al fin todo en esta vida se paga y cuando Robas a gente engañando, así les ira, no compren, cuiden su dinero que con mucho esfuerzo uno lo junta para poder arreglar su coche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo peor en refaccionarias mi gente de la automotriz, les confieso que si yo hubiera leído los comentarios antes de ir allá ni les compro nada. Dan piezas usadas, te dicen que las refacciones te van a servir y no te sirven y luego no quieren hacer la devolución. Me tocó ir 9 veces y nunca me dieron respuesta. Mi consejo, si no quieren pasar mal rato es que no les compren.
It's the worst thing in auto repair shops, my people from the automotive industry, I confess that if I had read the comments before going there I wouldn't buy anything from them. They give used parts, they tell you that the spare parts are going to work for you and they don't work for you and then they don't want to return them.
