Tengan cuidado con lo que compran, ya que los vendedores te venden mayor parte de tiempo por vender, ya van 2 ocasiones que me dan piezas que no son, lo peor es que no te regresan tu dinero hasta que ellos garanticen conseguir la correcta pieza, lamentablemente los clientes no tenemos a veces el tiempo o creo que a nadie le conviene tener el carro en el taller 15 días que es lo que piden para regresarte tu dinero o darte la pieza correcta. CONSEJO: revisen sus piezas o mejor lleven la muestra para que no les vendan gato por liebre. La primer pieza fueron unas balatas: me dieron unas de Durango y pedí para Duster y la segunda me querían vender un radiador de Kangoo en lugar de uno de DUSTER. Anexo fotos

Lo único rescatable q tienen un buen surtido de refacciones precios accesibles pero muy lentos para atender y su atención telefónica es pésimo

Se equivocaron en la refacción, les solicite el cambio o devolución de dinero y se negaron. Solo me dieron un vale para posterior compra . Muy mal.

Pesimo servicio, los vendedores te atienden como si te hicieran un favor o les pidieras las cosas gratis: esta tienda necesita urgentemente renovar personal.

Que bueno que se dieron a conocer como una refaccionaria buena bonita y barata, gozan de buena fama por ello, les recomiendo que cuando el cliente esté en el mostrador deben atenderlo bien, satisfaciendo sus necesidades, no todos los que llegan a comprar son expertos mecánicos así que deben de tratar de ayudarlos ok No se sientan presionados por la fila cada cliente merece su tiempo de atención y calidad. Imaginense ya estuviste formado 45 minutos y llegas al mostrador y te atiende el correcaminos!! Que lo primero que hace por no ayudarte y buscar lo que necesitas te dice: No tengo su refacción !!! Y ni siquiera te ofrece otro producto. Lo primero que dices es : El que sigue!!! Sus precios ya no están tan baratos y si las refacciones son de bajo precio son marcas de baja calidad así que no se vayan con la finta, recuerden lo barato cuesta caro!!!
