★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedé con mi pareja hace poco y la estancia fue generalmente buena. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, ya que está muy céntrico y se puede acceder a varios lugares de interés a pie o en Metrobus como Paseo de la Reforma, El Zócalo y Chapultepec. El personal fue súper atento y tiene la ventaja de tener acceso las 24 horas. El único detalle es que dentro de la habitación se filtra mucho el ruido de la parte exterior lo cual hizo un poco incómoda la estancia, sobre todo por las mañanas. Fuera de eso, un lugar muy bonito, accesible e ideal para pasar unos días en la CDMX.
I stayed with my partner recently and the stay was generally good. The best of all is the location, since it is very central and you can access several places of interest on foot or by Metrobus such as Paseo de la Reforma, El Zócalo and Chapultepec. The staff was super attentive and has the advantage of having 24 hour access. The only detail is that inside the room the noise from the outside is filtered a lot which made the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially in the mornings. Apart from that, a very beautiful, accessible and ideal place to spend a few days in CDMX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is modern and looks pretty inside, but is run like a 2-star hotel.
Elevator breaks frequently, hotel management charges guests different prices than what was agreed, most of the staff is NOT wearing a mask, and the Standard room is tiny and has no A/C. The closet is basically the counter space, and the room has a tower fan and a portable air unit (see PHOTOS). Not recommended - there are plenty of other hotels, with rooms double the size, with more amenities, and for a better price just around the corner from this hotel - we left before our stay was over and found a better hotel.

I came from the Uk for a week to visit a friend having never visited before.
The staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help, there is a 24 hour guard on reception and the area is very safe.
The guesthouse is modern, clean and very nicely decorated with an amazing roof terrace to relax on and have a drink.
Room is perfect, and the lovely staff came in every day to clean it and refresh the bedroom and bathroom for when we returned.
Great location with loads of authentic Mexican places to try, and close links to all the main sights.
Cannot fault it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, quiet, modern hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace. Excellent location and friendly staff- do yourself a favor and book a suite with an exterior window as the central rooms can become uncomfortably warm. There are small 'air conditioners' in all the rooms but they work poorly. The neighborhood is quiet and full of cafes and bars that are easy to walk to.
