★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tardan una eternidad en pasarte y no concideran a la gente de la tercera edad si quieres hacer tu tramite venga deade las 7 am y saldran con suerte a las 12
 Terrible service, they take forever to pass you by and they do not consider the elderly if you want to do your paperwork, come from 7 am and they will leave hopefully at 12

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice mi tramite muy rápido, ocupaba un acta de nacimiento, la cual ahí me imprimieron el recibo de pago. Ahí mismo tienen una terminal para pagar con targeta de débito o bien puedes salir a pagar al banco, o en cualquier tienda de conveniencia. Regrese con mi recibo de pago y me entregaron mi acta de inmediato.
I did my paperwork very quickly, I had a birth certificate, which they printed the payment receipt for me. Right there they have a terminal to pay with a debit card or you can go out to pay at the bank, or at any convenience store. I returned with my receipt of payment and they gave me my certificate immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una calamidad, lo mismo da ir a realizar el trámite que hacerlo en línea, es súper tardado, cero recomendable, si t urge ya valiste, ningún teléfono sirve.
It is a calamity, the same thing to go to do the procedure than to do it online, it is super time consuming, zero recommended, if you are urgent you were already worth it, no telephone works.
