Y cuando vas en persona, solo ves a una persona trabajando, atendiendo a todas las personas que llegan mientras que los otros 10 que están ahí solo se la pasan socializando. La tercera vez que vengo y solo empeora la situación, te dicen una cosa un día y para el otro lo cambian, te regañan porque prefieres trabajar a venir a tramitar algo en su horario muy específico (en mi caso de 1 a 2) y aún así valió todo.
