★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No anoten a sus bebés aquí, atención pésima por parte del señor encargado que no recuerdo el nombre, somos extranjeros y nos pidió dinero que guardo en su cajón, antes de nosotros lo hizo con una señora también. No solo eso, sino que meses después quise hacerle el pasaporte a mí hijo y en el sistema nuestros datos fueron subidos erróneamente al acta de nuestro hijo.
Lamentable, muy aprovechadores y rateros hasta con la gente humilde.
Me gustaría saber si hay lugar para denunciar lugares corruptos así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, son corruptos y piden dinero por hacer el trabajo que les corresponde; ya pasaron dos meses que registre a mi hijo y no me entregan su acta, he dado varias vueltas y el de la ventanilla no va a trabajar; no aparece el registro de mi hijo en linea ni en los modulos cdmx. Ojala el gobierno hiciera algo con estos lugares tan deplorables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos veces que he ido, no hay nada de gente. Nos atienden super rápido y muy amables las dos veces que fui, aunque fueron diferentes personas las que me atendieron cada vez. Fui a registrar a mi niña, la primera vez no tenía bien los documentos y me explicaron lo que podía pasar si no entregaba bien todo, que se podía hacer una aclaración más tarde pero cobrarían por hacerla. Y la segunda vez lleve todo completo y todo salió bien.
Both times I've been, there are no people. They serve us super fast and very friendly both times I went, although it was different people who attended me each time. I went to register my girl, the first time I didn't have the documents right and they explained to me what could happen if I didn't turn in everything right, that a clarification could be made later but they would charge for doing it. And the second time I took everything complete and everything went well.
