★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un curso que te provee de muchos recursos de comunicación, depende de ti el estudiarlos y aplicarlos. Te lleva a reconsiderar la utilidad de muchas ideas preconcebidas y entender como actúan en tu vida. Las coach moderadoras del curso fueron profesionales, conocen los temas y están siempre abiertas a la discusión. Algo a mejorar sería el manejo del tiempo de opinión durante las sesiones, un poco más de control en el número y longitud de las opiniones de los asistentes, evitaría retrasos en la agenda.
A course that provides you with many communication resources, it is up to you to study and apply them. It leads you to reconsider the usefulness of many preconceived ideas and understand how they act in your life. The coach moderators of the course were professionals, they know the topics and they are always open to discussion. Something to improve would be the handling of the opinion time during the sessions, a little more control in the number and length of the opinions of the assistants, would avoid delays in the agenda.

Normalmente actuamos y decidimos con base en nuestras experiencias, prejuicios, paradigmas, miedos y creencias, sin embargo, no necesariamente esto nos ayuda a ser feliz y a lograr nuestros objetivos en la vida, este curso te ayuda a retar algunos de estos conceptos y te da herramientas para lograr un cambio en ti y por ende tu entorno y en tu camino para ser feliz. Vale mucho la pena tomar el curso, te sacude, te hace reflexionar, te reta y te ayuda.
The course really opens your eyes and gives you tools to be a better person both personally and professionally. Normally we act and decide based on our experiences, prejudices, paradigms, fears and beliefs, however, this does not necessarily help us to be happy and achieve our goals in life, this course helps you challenge some of these concepts and gives you tools to make a change in you and therefore your environment and in your way to be happy. It is very worth taking the course, it shakes you, makes you reflect, challenges you and helps you.
