★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quemaron el refrigerador. Después de haberles llamado en múltiples ocasiones, donde cobraban por visita y por refacciones que cambiaron del equipo, sin reparar la falla original. Fui mal atendido por Adrián y al final por Moisés Cruz. Al final se quemó el refrigerador y todavía me pedían que comparara mas refacciones, para ver si se componía. Muy mala calidad y baja preparación técnica, donde el cliente debe pagar sus fallas. Nunca atendieron la falla inicial, le movieron tanto que lo quemaron, poniendo a mi casa en peligro de un incendio y la integridad de mi familia.
They burned my refrigerator. After having called them on multiple occasions, where they charged per visit and for spare parts that changed the equipment, without repairing the original fault. I was poorly cared for by Adrián and in the end by Moisés Cruz. In the end the refrigerator burned out and they still asked me to buy more parts, to see if it was fixed. Very poor quality and low technical preparation, where the customer must pay for their failures. They never attended to the initial failure, they moved him so much that they burned him, putting my house in danger of a fire and the integrity of my family.

Unprofessional staff, they schedule appointments, they don't keep them, they don't answer the phone, they avoid showing their faces. If you want a company that complies, this is not your option. Whoever thinks otherwise must be a friend or family member.
