Excellent first time service. If you have a warranty claim, months may pass and they do nothing to your watch and you will only hear excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mi reloj aquí durante meses y no solo no me lo repararon sino que además lo desarmaron claramente para reparar otro de la misma marca y modelo porque cuando me lo regresaron le faltaban piezas y me dijeron que quitaron las piezas que no servían porque no tenían ningún remedio, me habían recomendado esta relojería como una muy buena, pero mi experiencia no fue ni de cerca una buena experiencia, me siento literalmente estafado.
I left my watch here for months and not only did they not repair it, but they also clearly took it apart to repair another of the same brand and model because when they returned it, it was missing parts and they told me that they removed the pieces that were not useful because they did not have any Remedy, I had been recommended this watch as a very good one, but my experience was not a good experience, I feel literally ripped off.
