★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A+ company. Christina and team go out of their way to deliver top quality service and more importantly top quality bikes that are tuned regularly. They delivered it right to my condo as well ! Cozumel is a very road bike friendly area, and they rent great quality road bikes, not just cruisers. I really enjoyed my time riding around the island on a great bike.

to hybrid bikes that were a better fit for us. They even suggested the change themselves and refunded the difference. They also accommodated easily a last minute delay on our side. They were very responsive on whatsapp. Online booking system is convenient and efficient. Delivery and pickup was smooth and timely. Bikes were in good condition and came with everything necessary. Cycling in Cozumel was very enjoyable and a great experience. Highly recommended!

They were always on time for delivery and pickup, and always very friendly. This year they outdid themselves. We rode for our rental house to a restaurant and when we got there my wife realized she had a flat tire. So I messaged them on WhatsApp and they came out and fixed the flat while we were at the restaurant! We love this company and will rent from them each time we visit Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience if you’re looking for bike services in Cozumel. We placed a bike order extremely late and they were willing to deliver the same day. Bikes lasted through a 56-mile bike ride with zero issues. Didn’t need to replace a single component, no flats, etc.
Very helpful service, with delivery and all! Will certainly be reaching out to this bike service for the iron man race in November!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved our bikes a few days before our vacation. Caitlin was communicative and followed up to confirm everything. They arrived on time at the hotel and we were given the opportunity to make sure everything was to our liking. Jenna, the delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful. We rented hybrids that were well tuned and made our rides worry free. Didn’t go around the island but some long rides were effortless and could have easily gone further. Can’t recommend them more. Definitely next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a bike Cozumel was great. 4 of us spent a week here and didn't get in a cab once, other than the airport trip. Delivery and pickup was at our condo and on time. The bikes were fine. We rented the 'hybrids', they had plenty to choose from. Helmets, tool kits, etc meant we could keep our luggage on the trip down to a minimum. They came with locks so we could park them while we went snorkeling or ate at a restaurant.
There's a protected bike path most of the way around the island. It's pretty incredible, felt totally safe.
The ride around the island is wonderful. Be ready for some headwinds.
Can't wait to come back and rent bikes again.
