Renta de Autos en Cancún | Carflex - 77565 Cancún

We rented a car in November 2017 at Cancun airport. The car was provided by firefly which we were told is a partner of Mexico Car Rentals at the airport. The service was very fast and friendly, we were given a brand new (only 300km) VW Polo which was awesome and they charged us exactly the amount that had been agreed on before. However, we wanted to get an extra zero deductible insurance for 75 USD for 5 days (which I actually recommend). As we returned the car we coulf finish the contract fast and easily and there was not a single thing we could complain about. Wir haben im November 2017 ein Auto am Flughafen in Cancun gemietet. Das Auto wurde von Firefly zur Verfügung gestellt. Firefly ist wohl ein Partner von Mexiko Car Rentals am Flughafen. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, uns wurde genau der Betrag berechnet, auf den man sich zuvor geeinigt hatte und wir haben einen brandneuen VW Polo (nur 300 km auf dem Tacho) bekommen. Wir haben uns noch eine Vollkasko für 74 Dollar für 5 Tage dazugebucht (empfehlenswert ). Als wir das Auto dann zurückgebracht haben, wurde der Vertrag schnell und einfach abgeschlossen. Es gibt nichts, worüber wir uns beschweren könnten.

Tutti molto gentili, professionali ed efficienti. Ottimi prezzi nonostante l'alta qualità del servizio. Le auto sono in ottimo stato, ben pulite e ben funzionanti. Ho noleggiato con loro già tre volte, e non ho mai avuto nessun problema! Lo consiglio ??

Ghost business

Wasted our time for hours and they don't even have cars. They rent cars that they don't have and the other companies that work with them they don't agree with them! Don't believe the cheap prices they have neither the reviews they have written themselves!

When you want to rent the car first, everybody answer on the phone and everything is fine. After passing the reservation fee no one answers anymore and they hang up or say no English ... Horrible

No problem with the car rent itself - it was fine; my problems are with a credit card fraud after the rental. Five days after we returned the car I noticed a 240 MXN charge to my credit card for Netflix, done from Mexico. Carflex was _the only time_ I used this card in Mexico (for the $1200 deposit). So, while I cannot accuse the company itself, it is clear that some of their employees at the Cancun airport office are involved in credit card fraud. Reading the reviews I noticed at least 3 other people with the same problem. I would strongly suggest checking all charges on your cards for several months after using Carflex.

We told them we need the car before 12.00 and at 12.50 they say the car is just coming from the airport. They also told us that we will receive the confirmation by email, we didn't receive anything + car company even didn't have the reservation in system. We wasted 2 hours and finally got taxi! Don't waste your time, there is a reason they give you cheaper price!

The car itself was fine, but the rental company cheats the customers. We were forced to take out additional insurance. They refused to give us the car without it, and it was impossible to contact rentalcars. I do not recommend
