Si reservas no te confies si ellos quieren te rentan y sino simplemente no te dan el carro y ten cuidado porque entre todas las agencias se comunican y nadie te renta You can spend like 500 dollars in 4 days if you have reservations be careful they can cancel at desk . All the rental car companies are communicate if you don't get the car there the others say the same no cars

I rented the car using Expedia.ca which is an excellent online travel agency. Unfortunately this car rental place, Europcar, has some tricky practices. I was told they will have to charge me $500 US dollars for insurance alone plus other fees.for 10 days. I had already paid for everything and I am not about to pay that much when the regular insurance in North America is way less than that for the whole month. They then offer me to cancel the transaction and sold me their own reservation, this time the insurance was so cheap and included that it's obvious they just wanted to eliminate the middle man. The worst part was at the end. I filled the car with gas upto the same level they gave it to me and they still wanted to charge me extra so I went back and filled out the tank. Way cheaper than the fine they were trying to get. Then they closed the transaction and so far I haven't got the deposit back. I spoke to my credit card and they said it's still being held by them. I asked them for a confirmation and they haven't done anything for me either. Be careful when they return the deposit. Something fishy is going on there. Definitely I wouldn't recommend that company. There is not a way to talk to a manager and they refuse to provide any numbers. Leave alone the fact that I have to be calling numerous times from abroad. *** Careful with them ***

Worst option for rental Car rental they wanted 340.00 dlls + car insurance 850.00 dlls total for seven days 1190.00 $ for a 4 door compact car

Excellent service and fair price

Worst rental car experience ever. Got a flat tire and returned the car with a spare instead of just getting it patched. We had to pay an additional $175 usd for this. What is really terrible is that we got full coverage but when it came check-out time they said that we did not(we explicitly chose the 100% coverage option). They claimed that even if we did(which we did), they would not cover the tire because “we drove on the flat tire” which is entirely impossible. Save yourself the heartache and choose a different service/company.

I had a very bad experience with europcar, especially when when you make a reservation on line and when you get to the airport and go to the counter and start the paperwork they increase the rate of your rental by double. For instance my reservation was for $780 and end up paying $$1207 . Please don't make the same mistake I did, don't rent a car with this company.

We rented a car back in March, they never returned my deposit (Many excuses) We tried to rent a car again (we had a reservation) but since we showed up few hours earlier they were charging me an extra day, dude on front desk asked me for American money (no pesos) I couldn't rent it with a Mexican card... We ended up taking a cab after this little show... I won't recommend to rent a car at the airport way to expensive and they only ask for American money...

Worst experience ever!!! I Needed to rent a car for 2 days and had already reserved through Expedia. When I went to pick up our car they gave us so many excuses saying Expedia's insurance was not valid in Mexico. They then offered to cancel with Expedia and rent directly with them. I thought it would be cheaper and faster. ? but it was the worst thing I could ever do.... they charged my card $400 deposit plus also wanted to charge an additional $500+ for 2 day rental. That's more than what I pay for monthly car payment in USA. I told him to cancel everything and he than offered to lower the insurance to $300. What a Joke!! I told him no and to cancel everything because I did not wish to proceed with the car rental. He said I would get my deposit back within 24hrs to 72hrs it has been 6 days already and have not received anything back. When I called them to tell them that my bank told me to call them before filling a dispute, they were rude and told me to do whatever I could to get my deposit. Horrible service!!! Save yourself the time and headache!!
