★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rentamos un traje como siempre en este lugar y resulta que en esta última ocasión le dieron a mi esposo la camisa rota y nos culparon por ello, si nosotros la hubiéramos roto se los diríamos, la realidad es que el cliente confía en lo que te están entregando al momento de recoger el traje, ya que la camisa la entregan doblada en bolsa,
Creo que actuaron "mañosamente" al querer hacernos culpables. Nos dijeron que debíamos pagar el daño a la camisa, a lo cual no estuve de acuerdo pagar por un daño que no ocasionamos. Al final nos devolvieron el INE .
No vamos a volver a ir a este lugar ni a recomendarlo.
El servicio pesimo.
Si tienen otras opciones para rentar trajes tomenlas en cuenta antes de ir a este lugar.
We rented a suit as always in this place and it turns out that on this last occasion they gave my husband the broken shirt and blamed us for it, if we had broken it we would tell them, the reality is that the client trusts what they are delivering when picking up the suit, since the shirt is delivered folded in a bag,
I think they acted "craftyly" by wanting to make us guilty. We were told that we should pay the damage to the shirt, to which I did not agree to pay for damage that we do not cause. In the end they returned the INE.
We will not go back to this place or recommend it.
The pity service.
If you have other options for renting suits take them into account before going to this place.

Son muy bien hechos en su trabajo y realmente dan servicio al cliente, mil veces mejor que dpaul y otros más. Super recomendable.
