Excelente servicio , la atención al cliente es buena, te comunican los precios, cuántas personas, los cuidados, etc. En pandemia siguen operando, cuentan con las medidas necesarias, para operar. Precios moderados, puedes encontrar variedad de yates.

Excelente servicio de nuestro capitán Herí y marino Luis donde disfrutamos de buena atención un experiencia recomendable sobre todo para ver el hermoso atardecer en San Carlos..

Desde el servicio hasta el paseo estuvieron excelentes , muy fácil de agendar con la Srita Laura y durante el trayecto la atención por parte de Iván y Lizeth fue excelente he inigualable . Disfrutamos muchísimo y lo recomendamos ampliamente?!

BAD SERVICE!! We got to the Port 15 minutes as asked; they canceled our reservation. Their excuse was "problem with system". When I was in contact with the captain letting me know where to meet. Was not happy!!!

Before I leave the review I will share that I have a rental charter business in Cabo San Lucas. We don’t expect everyone to run their business like we do but we do expect them to keep their promises according to the deal we made. Rubén did not do that. We ordered the 4 hour boat charter with food and open bar that he charged us $350 extra for 11 people which included an National Bar. We only received one bottle of cheap whiskey, a pitcher of Margarita with no ice and 12 beers. Needless to say we ran out of margaritas in 45 minutes. Nobody drank the whiskey because it was horrible plus we wanted vodka, rum and tequila.like we paid for. Then we barely had enough food and it was served completing cold. Cold Mexican food is not good. Ruben also promised us that the charter would take us to a cove with less wind because this time of year is very windy and cold. The boat took us to open ocean because he never told the captain what he promised us. We wasted over an hour freezing in the open ocean. I would have to say this was the worst charter experience we have ever taken. Rubén tried to compensate us with a bottle of mezcal after the charter. That was not the point. The point was our party was ruined catering to our clients who we had to end up giving a discount too. Rubén refused to compensate us. Stay away from this charter unless you liked to get ripped off and have a bad experience. Poor customer service! Update after Yate reply - I contacted them directly from the phone number listed and Ruben was the person that represented this company. The captain of the boat told me next time to go direct through him for a better price and service which makes no sense at all. Service should always be good no matter who booked it. I will gladly take down the review for a partial refund like I originally asked them however they refused it
