A	Ana Amitla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardan como 20 minutos en el contrato y te tienen otros 40 minutos esperando en el sol para que llegue un carro en lugar de tenerlos ya listos, tuve que cancelar. Terrible service, it takes like 20 minutes in the contract and they have another 40 minutes waiting in the sun for a car to arrive instead of having them ready, I had to cancel.

Nos llevaron otro carro de remplazo pero perdimos una hora esperándolos. Además los tiempos de espera para recibir el carro y para entregarlo son muy largos. Terrible service. The car that we rented was in terrible mechanical conditions, after about two hours of driving it left us pulled. They took us another replacement car but we lost an hour waiting for them. In addition the waiting times to receive the car and to deliver it are very long.

Rente un Jeep Wrangler por el dia, a $50 dolares, no te aceptan pago con tarjeta (ahi primera alarma) sino con un cargo extra de 16%. Vaya sorpresa que me lleve al traerme el auto que era un modelo que se estaba cayendo a pedazos y al manerjarlo por las 2 primeras calles me doy cuenta que los frenos no sirven. Llamo y me lo cambian por otro no menos viejo, al menos si le funcionaban los frenos. Ya con el dinero pagado y en efectivo no hay forma de hacerse atrás. Lección para mi el no habernos ido con una empresa conocida ! Watch out !!!! When you get off the ferry there are these car rental stations, most of which are unknown. Rent a Jeep Wrangler for the day, at $ 50 dollars, you do not accept payment by card (there first alarm) but with an extra charge of 16%. What a surprise to take me to bring me the car that was a model that was falling apart and to handle it through the first 2 streets I realize that the brakes do not work. I call and they change it for another one no less old, at least if the brakes worked. With the money paid and in cash there is no way to go back. Lesson for me not having left with a known company!

Et ne le faites pas à Playa del Carmen aux petits kiosques nébuleux. DANGEREUX!!!! Exceptional and dangerous vehicle. It is the worst vehicle we have ever driven !! Rent your car with a mainly known rental company. And don't do it in Playa del Carmen with small nebulous kiosks. DANGEROUS!!!!

We rented a VWbeatle and when they finally brought it us after 30 minutes, nobody could seat on the back seat due to a metal rack they had installed on the floor. Plus it had no roof. We complained and they exchanged it for a jeep. But we had to wait another half an hour the car dashboard lights were on alerting us of engine failures and we told the guy. He said the dash board was broken and to ignore them. We did not know how much gas the car had! The roof was baddly attached with ropes and all the way it was flapping. It started raining and we got all soaking wet.

According to the sales guy in playa Del Carmen “ it’s an awesome care” $75 bucks later, we cross to Cozumel to pick it up. Hardly any gas, left us stranded twice, engine lights going off! We totally got ripped off. But like my husband said “ live and learn” first and last time going there and renting a rust bucket with no interior and no ac or radio!
