Rentadora Isis Scooters & Cars - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

We rented a jeep for a day from here and it was a great experience. Perfectly reasonable (and posted on the wall) prices, no hidden fees, and the Jeep was great fun to drive around the island with!

We had a great experience with Rentadora Isis. We rented and old VW beetle and drove it all around Cozumel. My husband loved driving that car! We had an issue with the starter one morning and they brought us a new car, to our location, within 20 minutes. We will rent from them again in the future forsure! Price was very reasonable too.

Great car rental experience, car was nice and reliable with AC working. Great location, friendly employees. Very reasonable rates for week rental. No issue on insurance everything was very seamless. Return process was quick with no drama or unexpected issues costs. Will always rent from ISIS!!

Angel was kind and upfront with pricing/terms. Just tell them what you want/expect (all in price, no games). They invite you to photo the existing damage, if any, and I recommend (not because of uneasy feeling, just smart to do...). We rented a Chevy convertible hoopty and loved it! Great island car...Both Angel and his helper were helpful from rent to return.

Great and honest place. I am generally cautious as a solo traveling woman since 2006 and I'm often the target for many rip offs in many countries unfortunately. I have lived in Mexico since 2018 and didn't want to deal with rental cars. However, the entire process was very smooth and everything was exactly as Angel said. I have rented from here multiple times and I'm able to walk in and get a car in less than 10min when they're not busy. Amazing service and totally honest. No hidden charges. No games. They also have a copy of the agreement in English in case you want to know what you're signing since they have nothing to hide. I would definitely recommend this place for ease, honesty and peace of mind.

Not the fanciest of cars, but the perfect car for a carefree week on Cozumel. Angel and his people have always treated me well, and gone out of there way to help. Their prices are fare and all inclusive. I've rented from them many times, and will use them anytime I'm on the island. My recommendation is to go to their office, two blocks north of the town square, between Calles 2 and 4 on Avenue 5.

Amazing experience renting from Isis! Went here after reading tons of positive reviews about the company, and didn’t look back once. The prices include all required fees/insurance, so there are zero hidden charges. $0 for an additional driver. The owner is very friendly and open to any questions! Do make sure to inspect the car before renting it to make sure you’re conformable with driving it - some of the fleet is older, but is in great condition!

We rented our Red Convertible Beetle for 2 days from ISIS Rentadora rentals and could not have been happier. This was not just a rental but an experience. We booked online and they were very prompt at answering questions and taking our reservation. I was a bit concerned when they didn’t ask for a credit card to hold the car as most places do, but our friends rent form them so we decided to go ahead. When we went to pick up the car, they had everything ready. Angel was awesome to work with. It is so nice dealing with a rental agency where the price they quoted you is the price you pay. No extra added fees or trying to sell you extra insurance. As for our beetle, it was an adventure. It had no seatbelts, no radio, only a center mirror and the steering was a bit loose. The engine was flawless though, running like a top. We had so much fun touring the island, remembering when life was much simpler. My wife even commented that every time she took a picture of me driving the car, I was smiling. We even made sure to wave at all the other beetles we passed. If you are looking a bit of an adventure, then I recommend renting the convertible beetle from ISIS Rentadora. Good thing we didn’t get a yellow beetle, because then I would probably have dropped it off at the ferry terminal and had them ship it back to Wisconsin.
