Our family rented a car for a month with Rentex and I only have praise for the service they offer. Best price we could find in Oaxaca, very transparent throughout the entire process and great service, no issues whatsoever.

We rented a car for a day so we could explore the countryside around Oaxaca. Rentex was fantastic. Their pricing was very reasonable and they did not try and sell a bunch of add-ons. The car was as promised -- in very good condition and very clean. I highly recommend Rentex.

Our rental experience was good until we went to return the car and they wanted to charge us more money do to the rental being "excessively dirty on return" the car had a small amount of dust on it due to driving on typical dusty roads of Mexico so they try to rip you off here and there by charging you for things like this on return.

Prompt service with transparent pricing. A Jetta for the day was 850 with a large deposit that was refunded after the vehicle was returned. The representative video recorded the exterior of the vehicle to account for existing scratches and dents and was very clear about everything. I highly recommend this rental company. Just ring the doorbell.

While this place have good prices to rent a car, the customer service lacks of capacity of handling the client properly. I had the opportunity to rent a car more than twice at this place because of the price. However, this last time I tried adding another day to my rental (I had a next day flight change so I decided to rent it for another day). I talked to them and I mentioned but they said I could not change my contract so I had just to let them know that I wanted another day for my rental and the lady wrote in their calendar. I even offered to pay for the extra day right away and they told me I just needed to do it after I was going to return the car. The previous day before I was supposed to be bring back the car, they notified me that I have to return the car and it was not possible to add another day that I requested. I couldn’t believe it! I had to change my plans during the day and find another place to do my rental. They tried to apologize about the incident knowing that I have been a previous customer and they told me to give me another day to rent the car, but I already had a reservation at another car rental called “Ñuu Kava Renta de Autos which was amazing. They need to be more careful with the customers next time and you got to watch out for any scratches or bumps in your car. They will overcharge you for it.
