Cobro solo 150 pesos, mi experiencia fue buena y definitivamente volveria. I went to remove the support of my all in one computer because I am going to travel, practically I wanted to see how to do it and then do it myself and the boy was super kind, attentive he taught me how to remove it and put it back so that I could keep using it. I charge only 150 pesos, my experience was good and I would definitely return.

He was able to diagnose the issues and fix everything up the next day. He doesn't speak much English, but it was easy to use Google Translate to talk through the problems and solutions. Thank you very much.

I dropped into this shop and the owner immediately started analyzing and then solving my problem which was due to disk saturation after a program failed to clean up after itself. He spent a full hour and got things back to normal. His English was not great, but with computers, it's really a universal language. In the end he only charged 200 pesos, about $10, for all his time. In the states it would have cost 10 times that. Highly recommend!

He wanted to charge me MXN 200 just for having opened my laptop even if he couldn't fix it. In other places in Mexico they only charge when they can provide value to their customer. On top of that I had to wait half an hour at the gate even if we agreed on the time. I called him several times but since he had other customers in his shop, he didn't want to open the door. Considering it was in June in the middle of the day, the heat was unbearable. Last but not least, he promised to send me an official report of the analysis, which I needed for the Insurance company, but he never did.

B	Brady Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! My wife's computer stopped working this weekend so I contacted the owner of this company to see if I could get an appointment. He was free and I went to see him to get the laptop fixed. When he couldn't turn it on because of the issue, he very quickly told me that while he can likely fix the computer, he would have to open it and that would void the warranty. I had to wait until Monday to reach the warranty centre so we decided not to do it. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused. I will definitely go to him again if either of our computers break down.
