★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo!!! Un mes para una pila de tablet según la cambiaron y me la regresaron con la misma falla ,claro me hicieron la devolución, unos audífonos para soldar un cable el mismo tiempo y sin compostura, no lo recomiendo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, llevé mi laptop a reparar, me urgía debido a que tenía archivos importantes de mi escuela, me dijeron que ese mismo día estaba, accedí al precio que me dieron 700 + 150 por el respaldo de mis archivos y además me comentaron que me iban a llamar en cuanto estuviera lista, pasaron las horas y jamás recibí la llamada así que decidí ir a las 8:10 debido a que dicen que cierran a las 8:20, y pues llegué y me di cuenta que ya se habían ido sin siquiera avisarme que no quedó, al día siguiente fui a las 11am y tampoco la tenían pero me dijeron que en una hora quedaba(12pm) , pues antes de ir a recogerla de nuevo llame y me dijeron que les diera 2 hrs más (o sea a las 2), el chiste es que fui a esa hora y mi laptop seguía ahí y en el mismo estado, entonces el chico que atiende se comunicó con la dueña y hasta ese momento llamaron al técnico para que la reparara asi que tuve que esperar 2 hr más.
1. Falta de compromiso y seriedad.
2. Yo no sé cuánto tiempo lleva una reparación pero sino podían hacerlo entonces para qué se comprometen a entregarla a una fecha y hora establecida, así yo misma hubiera decidido si la dejo o no.
3. Si es por reparación de laptops no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

2. I do not know how long a repair takes but if they could not do it then why do they promise to deliver it at an established date and time, so I myself would have decided whether to leave it or not.
3. If it is for laptop repair I do not recommend it at all.
