★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy satisfecha con el servicio por parte de Brandon y su equipo de trabajo,me realizaron un servicio de mojado y lo único que ocupo mi cel fue cambio de pantalla,se fundió por qué lo puse a cargar,pero mi información que es lo quemasme importa no le paso nada,recomiendo su trabajo
 very satisfied with the service by Brandon and his work team, they gave me a wet service and the only thing that took my cell phone was a change of screen, it melted because I put it on charge, but my information, which is what matters to me Nothing happened to him, I recommend his work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend if you need a new screen for an iPhone while traveling in PV. Dropped iPhone 11 Pro Max and they had a new screen on in 30 minutes. There’s lots of booths here so make sure you find number 3. It’s closest to the bank on the corner. Got across the parking lot to check out the mall while you wait. So thankful we found this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got my phone wet and saw the reviews at this place. Brandon was able to fix my phone by replacing the display with the third party which was such a great feeling. However, a week later, the display is no longer functional and I wasted $255USD. That is more expensive than doing it in the states. I am just disappointed with this shop.
Ultimately I went to Apple who said there are missing screws when they were diagnosing it. They were not able to do anything since a third party shop already opened it up. So I went to another shop and they showed me how cheap Brandon's screen was by gently pulling on it. The top layer looks like its about to rip right off.
I would consider going somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Paid 3300 mx to get a screen replaced. When I got it back, the audio didn't work. I was going to take it back but then it got wet and I had to take it back. Elizabeth said she fixed it but there is still a water stain and the audio still didn't work and she charged me 600 mx.
They were so rude. Would not recommend.

In the store across #48 (very bad service) the street they told me i no longer had a solución,Brandon fixed it in 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandon is my new best friend! The on/off button on my phone had fallen off and I couldn't turn my phone on. Within an hour he had my phone fixed and me back on my way! His price was perfect too. I highly recommend you take your phone to Brandon and see about repairing before you replace.
