★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bastante enigmático, cuando entras inmediatamente percibes como todas aquellas personas dentro del instituto estan dedicadas en tiempo y forma @ sus labores, pocas veces he tenido la oportunidad de entrar a un lugar así; por otra parte se trata de un lugar bastante agradable, aunque la mayoria de las personas me miraban con cara de duda pues no comprendian que hacia en un lgar así. En fin fue divertido entrar observar la enigmática pasividad de los académicos.
 It is quite enigmatic, when you enter immediately you perceive how all those people within the institute are dedicated in time and form @ their work, I have rarely had the opportunity to enter such a place; on the other hand it is a quite nice place, although most of the people looked at me with a doubtful face because they did not understand what I was doing in such a place. In short, it was fun to enter to observe the enigmatic passivity of the academics.

Excellent place to start in scientific research of an intellectual nature. It has first-rate facilities and the library is the most comprehensive in terms of history and social sciences. Recommended place to start master's or doctorate studies.
