Access is very complicated, the environment is neglected and far from commercial areas. The houses are beautiful and the subdivisions too, the interior of them looks calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente complejo habitacional! Cuenta con alberca, gimnacio, asador, jardín con mesas y sillas, juegos infantiles y local de usos múltiples. Área cerrada con portón eléctrico, en la entrada hay vigilancia, cámara y guardia.
La zona se ve muy bonita, con cableado subterráneo.
Anteriormente el acceso era complicado pero recientemente quitaron una malla que tenían en el fraccionamiento contiguo, lo cual ayudó bastante al acceso.
La calle colindante al fraccionamiento tiene muchos negocios y hay una plaza pequeña a cinco minutos caminando.
Super recomendada para vivir o rentar ahí.
Excellent housing complex! It has a pool, gym, barbecue, garden with tables and chairs, children's games and a multipurpose room. Closed area with electric gate, at the entrance there is surveillance, camera and guard.
The area looks very nice, with underground wiring.
Previously, access was difficult but recently they removed a mesh that they had in the contiguous subdivision, which helped the access a lot.
The adjoining street to the subdivision has many businesses and there is a small square a five-minute walk away.
Super recommended to live or rent there.
