Si piensas comprar o rentar aquí, tienen una pésima administración, no hay un cuidado a los reglamentos de condóminos , Los departamentos aunque amplios, tienen una pésima protección acústica y se escucha todo lo de la calle y hay algunos departamentos fiesteros, los cuales pueden amanecer con la música a todo volumen sin respeto alguno.
Si ponen la bomba del agua en la madrugada olvídate de descansar.
Los de planta baja con mucha humedad, ya que dan a las "áreas jardinadas" y los de niveles superiores son unos hornos en época de calor y congeladores en invierno.
Cuando los visitas parecen una buena opción al contar con elevador , pero eso se paga MUY CARO!!
En general los vecinos son de buen trato, pero con algunos sin educación, la convivencia se vuelve infernal!!!
WATCH OUT!!! If you plan to buy or rent here, they have a lousy administration, there is no care for the condominium regulations, The apartments, although spacious, have lousy acoustic protection and you can hear everything from the street and there are some party departments, which can dawn with music at full volume without any respect.
If they put the water pump at dawn, forget about resting.
Those on the ground floor with a lot of humidity, since they overlook the "garden areas" and those on higher levels are ovens in the hot season and freezers in winter.
When visitors seem like a good option to have an elevator, but that is VERY EXPENSIVE!
In general, the neighbors are good treatment, but with some without education, coexistence becomes hellish!
