L	Lesly Juarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo viviendo en este residencial desde Marzo, hemos tenido muchos problemas porque: No terminaban en tiempo los acabados de la casa y eso hizo que nos atrasáramos 3 meses en la entrega; se colgaron de nuestro medidor para alumbrar áreas públicas y tuvimos que pagar el recibo que no nos correspondía; tardan meses en venir a hacer reparaciones a los detalles de la casa; el comité de vecinos pidió los recibos de luz y revisión de los gastos administrativos los cuales no nos han compartid; el tema de la seguridad no es bueno; el boiler no sirve y la pintura de las paredes es de mala calidad (Si pintas otro color arriba se forman burbujas de humedad y se caen cachos completos de pintura). Llegas a la Ciudad de Mexico rapidisimo (menos de 1 hora), con el precio de un departamentito en CDMX, aqui tengo una casa completa, 3 recmaras, roof garden con mi asador, 2 estacionamientos, seguridad las 24, excelentes acabados, se vive muy agusto y muy comodo. A Toluca llegas en 15 mins tambien. I've been living here since March. And it was one of my best decisions. Súper recomendable, la empresa es muy buena aquí en Benito Juárez tienen desarrollos por todos lados y edificios preciosos.
