★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilizimo, luz eléctrica baratísima, de igual forma el costo del agua potable, conexión rápida al periférico, rentas económicas y servicios 80% más bajos en comparación a zonas con tráfico. Lo único malo es la mala costumbre de la gente aldejar a sus perros en las cocheras haciendo ruido todo el día por estar aburridos.
Quiet place, very cheap electricity, in the same way the cost of drinking water, fast connection to the peripheral, economic rents and services 80% lower compared to areas with traffic. The only bad thing is the bad habit of people leaving their dogs in the garages making noise all day because they are bored.
