In the part of the street you can park and rest in the shade since there is not much noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno para vivir, tranquilo, con alberca y salón de eventos. Los departamentos tienen buen tamaño. Lo único malo es la administración: pedí el reglamento y casi 3 años después me dijo la pseudo administradora que era responsabilidad de la casera, no de ella (aunque se lo pedí múltiples veces) tienen reglas estúpidas y te quieren forzar a seguirlas cuando casi nadie las respeta. La verdad estoy feliz de ya no tener que vivir ahí y mas de que jamás tendré que lidiar con la estúpida esa.
The place is good to live, quiet, with a pool and a meeting room. The apartments are of a good size. The only bad thing is the administration: I asked for the regulation and almost 3 years later the pseudo administrator told me that it was the landlady's responsibility, not hers (although I asked them multiple times) they have stupid rules and they want to force you to follow them when almost nobody respects them. The truth is I am happy that I no longer have to live there and even more that I will never have to deal with that stupid one.
