★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La salida del fraccionamiento hacia 5 de febrero horrible de lunes a viernes y la entrada igual, hay que esperar varios semáforos para hacer el ingreso. Amenaza con ponerse peor ya que siguen construyendo casas en el fraccionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bueno para vivir, el diseo de las casas y el complejo es muy bueno, aun se pued estar tranquilo en la zona, a pesar de estar un poco alejado, cerca tienes cualquier tipo de negocio.
Lo único malo es que ya no hay seguridad (cuando lo había no es que fuera muy seguro ya que no es un fraccionamiento con bardas perimetrales).
