Un residencial seguro, tranquilo,con todos los servicios , vigilancia, y sobre todo tranquilidad con residentes respetuosos y con muchos extrageros que disfrutan del ambiente y la playa a 20 minutos .

El lugar en calle Mantarraya 20 ! Un sitio muy bonito , atención super amable y el alojamiento a excelente precio , alberca muy linda , tiene las tres B ! Super recomendado en Puerto Morelos. Cerca del mar .

great place to spend vacations

Do not let the five star rating that this place shows on maps deceive you. I am very blunt with my ratings just as I am selective with my life. I live here so what I am about to say is from first-hand experience. The Builder cut corners like you can't imagine. Yhe plumbing is wrong they did not put the P traps so the result is that your house smells like sewer particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. To somehow address that you must cover the drains in the showers and sinks and kitchen otherwise you're left with the option of growing accustomed to that constant sewer smell. Do have to admit that the design of their units are spacious and convenient. When I say spacious I mean spacious for Mexico. (Thus the two star rating??) The management and the homeowners association both are totally incompetent. This is a Family Oriented Community "allegedly" and on weekends the amenities are taken over by drunk men that prevent the families and kids from actually enjoying the pool on the rec. They get loud they get rude and not even security can do anything to resolve that bad situation. The security is just for looks. What it does it gives the appearance that there is Security in the neighborhood however it prevents the real police from coming in as it is considered private property so in case of a safety situation most likely you'll be on your own to look after your own safety. The staff at the gate are courteous but they provide no security. Having been a general contractor for over 30 year I can tell you that the finishes on these units are inferior, second class. One thing is cheap another thing is inferior and this is both!

Nice,safe,pretty area in the village! Very laid back and relaxing. About a 10 minute drive away from the beach. Very friendly people:)
