★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful safe residential area. Tons of expats live here. A nice place to stay when in puerto morelos. The guards at the front are great at making sure the property is safe even though it's not needed because PM is super safe and a great place for a family. The grounds are kept nice and the community pool area is pretty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is beautiful & quiet... however be prepared for the bugs. You see them outside carrying pieces of leaves and stuff. If you set something down, it gets swarmed by and very quickly (i set my empty coffee cup down, went to the bathroom, 10 min tops. And the night stand was full of small ants). If you throw something in the garbage in about 30 minutes these HUGE ants will swarm, they look like an ant & spider mated. So you think fine I'll take the garbage out... now the coatis are going through the garbage and screaming (they sound like a lot of loud birds)
