Beautiful subdivision in the Edo of Mexico, 30 minutes from CDMX. Very exclusive but for all pockets access without traffic problems.

Cada mes pasa algo, he estado sin luz hasta 3 días por problemas de cableado del mismo edificio. Igual he estado sin agua 24 hrs. Sin gas también, por errores de GasexpressNieto estuve 7 días sin gas, es la única compañía de gas que te permiten contratar aquí. Estas experiencias no fueron solo a mi dpto, se aplicaron por edificio o en todo el conjunto. Hay mucha humedad en los departamentos, por dentro y fuera. Cada mes se paga seguridad, limpieza y administración. Ha habido robos adentro del fraccionamiento. Los policías en general son muy amables. The place alone is beautiful for the view and the location but what a headache. Every month something happens, I have been without electricity for up to 3 days due to wiring problems in the same building. Like I have been without water 24 hours. Without gas as well, due to GasexpressNieto errors I was 7 days without gas, it is the only gas company that allows you to contract here. These experiences were not just for my department, they were applied by building or throughout the whole. There is a lot of humidity in the apartments, inside and outside. Security, cleaning and administration are paid every month. There have been robberies inside the subdivision. The policemen in general are very friendly.

Lo que arruinó mi tranquilidad fue la mafia del poder que tienen en la administración. Es un conplejo cerrado, con vigilancia y gestores. En resumen no me dejaron vivir tranquila, mis vecinos igual se quejaban de su negligencia, salí huyendo. I lived alone here for a year and a half. Spacious, clean, quiet, well-distributed apartments. What ruined my peace of mind was the power mafia they have in the administration. It is a closed complex, with surveillance and managers. In short, they did not let me live in peace, my neighbors still complained about their negligence, I ran away.
