However two things detract. 1. Many loud barking dogs throughout Liverte. Many owners have two dogs. There are No rules around loud barking dogs. 2. Liverte is located in a less than desirable part of Cancun. The area outside Liverte is literally an informal garbage dump that is never cleaned up. There are no sidewalks or good path to get to the Gran Plaza shopping center. Nichupte is a busy street and walking is dangerous for the short distance as a result.
