★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermosa zona residencial ? bien ubicada tiene todo lo básico a su alrededor , gasolinera, panadería, súper mercado, cafetería Starbucks. Lo único que me gustaría es tener un paso peatonal es peligroso cruzar la avenida.
Beautiful residential area ? well located has all the basics around it, gas station, bakery, supermarket, Starbucks coffee shop. The only thing I would like is to have a pedestrian crossing, it is dangerous to cross the avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como la mayoría de los nuevos condominios en cancun, tiene muchas deficiencias en cuanto a servicios de Internet, así como una adecuada iluminación en las calles, señalizacion y semáforos, las casas son bonitas, pero no son baratas.
Like most new condos in Cancun, it has many deficiencies in terms of Internet services, as well as adequate street lighting, signage and traffic lights, the houses are nice, but they are not cheap.
