★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant, we got the seared tuna and el Nene burger. Salad and tuna was delicious and the vegetables in the burger were good!
Only downfall was that we were waiting for quite a while and weren't acknowledged at all for atleast 20 minutes

We loved everything we tried here, the chips and the house made salsas were fantastic, and both the grilled fish and cochinata pibil tacos were absolutely delicious. They came out piping hot and were so fresh - just the way we like them. Service was great as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my two weeks at Puerto Escondido I've been three times at El Nene and it was always a good choice! Very tasty vegetarian options (the fried tofu with the salsa is so delicious!) and tasty Salsas with the chips you get before ordering.
Relaxed atmosphere, especially because of the great music - I love your Playlist, Alec!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere and quick service. We came on a Saturday night and got seated right away. We had a couple of cocktails, which were made well and two mains (Mahi Mahi and Nene Burger) - both were delicious. My picky girlfriend didn't complain at all and finished her Mahi Mahi till the last crumb. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place quickly became our go-to for our three weeks in Puerto. The tuna tostadas, octopus and catch of the day were our favorites, but just about everything we tried was delicious. Good drinks and music too!

Drinks: had a passion fruit and a lemon margarita. Both were really good.
Service: really quick service. Hablan English y español. Accepts credit card.
