Y si eres de aquellos que siempre les daban agua de frutas en la comida. Dios un agua de ciruela y un agua lichi que van a amar. Muy bien por Restaurante Bar el Delfín. Regresaremos. No lo recomiendo, buscan comer algun platillo Rico, vallan a "El Estero" !!!! Dejo mucho que desear!!!! Much much much to be desired.... La comida es buena, pero no es nada sobresaliente. Lo único muy bueno fue el pastel de chocolate con salsa de naranja, delicioso, ah el agua de lichi también está rica. El lugar se ve/siente algo anticuado y no ofrece ninguna experiencia fuera de lo común. La atención fue regular, los meseros parecían muy presumidos y no fueron tan atentos. El costo por persona va desde MX$500, si buscan algo notable como yo, ahórrense la vuelta. I was excited to visit Chef Betty's restaurant, being a Master Chef Mexico fan for years !!! And I was a bit disappointed?. The food is good, but nothing outstanding. The only very good thing was the chocolate cake with orange sauce, delicious, ah the lychee water is also good. The place looks / feels somewhat dated and does not offer any out of the ordinary experience. The attention was regular, the waiters seemed very smug and were not so attentive. The cost per person starts at MX $ 500, if you are looking for something remarkable like me, save yourself.

Iba a conocer a la chef Betty, pregunte por ella y el mesero me dijo muy grosero que no podía. ? Creo que sería buena atención que saliera a saludar ya que varios fuimos solo a conocerla. La cena de noche buena me gustó mucho, las peras al vino fueron mi platillo favorito. The place is beautiful, the aroma of flowers produces a nice feeling. Parece un simple restaurante de hotel en la apariencia y hasta en el menú. La diferencia es que los platillos resaltan por tener ingredientes más especiales y, casi todos, tendrán mariscos (que es muy relevante en la playa). Viniendo de Guadalajara acostumbro a que los restaurantes gourmet sean tanto de apariencia como comida y creo que muchas quejas vienen de ahí. Cuando pedimos comida, a toda la mesa nos encantó. Desde los caldos de pescado, la cazuela con variedad y un mole frutal (que sabe diferente al típico mole), todo era excepcional y delicioso. La chef pasó a la mesa y recordaré lo que dijo: “La comida debe satisfacer no sólo el estómago, pero también el corazón. ¿Cómo se quedan?” It's a nice place without being too flashy with delicious food.
