Restaurante El Virreinal - Puebla

Very good place to eat alone or with the family since the price is very affordable but above all the place is cozy and you can see the Puebla socket while enjoying the food that is very good. What if you need to improve are the bathrooms.

Terrible place !!!! I went from the bridge to the Day of the Dead, apart from having nothing at the time of what "as they have in the menu and the letter" they entered with boxes in which they already brought the food in disgusting plates, service from the disastrous staff and for a change in hygiene of disgust !! They charge the expensive menu for the terrible service, in fact, people who came and told them that they had almost nothing chose better to leave. They charged me for the full menu, which was not even like that, the only thing they managed is to leave me a terrible taste in my mouth as a visitor, since in order not to vary in the hotel I also had several problems, it is one of the places I wanted to visit !! Unfortunately with those experiences and the people so not very courteous, unlike in other places, I didn't want to go back! I do not recommend this place and the despot of its manager at all.

Quiet family place with nice atmosphere. You eat well everything is menu of the day. The food has a homemade flavor, in general, it is recommended to go also it is very central almost on the corner with the Poblano square and next to the Santiago hotel.

The food is normal, and the place looks clean...!!! But the attention leaves a lot to be desired...!!! Avoid saying good morning or good afternoon because you don't know how to answer them...!!! And the attention of the waiter who attended us was terrible...!!! If you can see other options to eat don't rule them out...!!!

The food has no relevant flavor, a good price and a view of the zocalo and the cathedral.

I didn't like it, the food isn't well cooked, it doesn't taste good, it's bland, I ordered shrimp broth and it was with dry shrimp and bits?‍♀️, and I didn't even ask for better water because it's water with a touch of horrible flavor, the dishes I went back without finishing

Good breakfast, a weekday was not so crowded, they have tables with views of the Cathedral and Central Park, the service was good, it can improve, be more attentive, ask if something is needed, if everything is fine. Good place.
