★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Visiting Guadalajara from abroad. Food was cold had to return it, servers were lost and had no idea of their own menu items. Food wasn’t good at all. Go visit Sano Pecado right around the corner. Much better food with great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, however the 3 stars is for the service. We were visiting Guadalajara for chemo for my mom and we picked this place quickly to get back to the hospital. The server was immediately annoyed by the questions my mom was asking and he seemed bothered when she changed her order. We also asked for a regular menu since it was easier for her and he had an attitude as well. Even though the food was good, the lack of service sucks and we will not be returning. Treat others how you would like to be treated is all I can say.

Food is good without being excellent, varied and not spicy at all (I cannot have spicy food), overall I give it a 4 stars, areas of improvement Will be a better taste to the dishes, in any case I would be back
