★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que vamos para la Sierra visitamos este lugar donde uno come riquísimo, gran sazón, atención personalizada de Dña Oralia que aparte nos relata tantas cosas de esta hermosa Sierra, vale mucho la pena, recomendado el queso en salsa y el revoltillo (huevo en salsa) y aunque yo no como carne me dicen que el puerco en salsa verde esta de lujo.
Whenever we go to the Sierra we visit this place where one eats delicious, great seasoning, personalized attention from Ms. Oralia who tells us so many things about this beautiful Sierra, it is very worth it, recommended the cheese in sauce and the revoltillo (egg in sauce ) and although I don't eat meat they tell me that pork in green sauce is luxurious.

A highly recommended place to eat, I loved the roast beef on the embers. Very good service and the food in general with a very homemade flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Award winning broiled cecina (best I have ever had), salsa, costillas en salsa verde, fresh cheese, truly a delight. Inexpensive, served by it's owner, Doña Oralia, she will make your visit an experience. Look forward going back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't express how much I recommend this place. You will get served by the owner, and the food is out of this world. Getting to know Oralia and all the stories about the town she shares is 100% worth planning a trip to visit. I returned after 15 years, and the quality of the food and service has not changed; the tortillas with fresh cheese and beans remind me of my grandma's food which unfortunately can't taste anymore. I can’t wait to be back and bring this picture to Oralia.
