★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general las instalaciones bonitas, limpias modernas y muy cómodas. La vista al mar es preciosa, las habitaciones son amplias con camas cómodas. Hay aire acondicionado por toda la casa, alberca con profundidad excelente tanto para niños como para adultos, amplia cocina con estufa eléctrica, refrigerador y microondas. Tiene vasos, platos y cazuelas variados y en buen estado. Agua caliente y buena potencia en el chorro en la ducha.
Hay servicio de limpieza y pudimos notar que la propietaria está al pendiente del lugar.
La playa se encuentra a unos minutos bajando y hay restaurante.
Algo a considerar es el acceso a la zona, es terracería con piedras grandes sueltas que pueden dificultar el paso de autos bajitos o pequeños.
 In general, the facilities are nice, clean, modern and very comfortable. The sea view is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. There is air conditioning throughout the house, a pool with an excellent depth for both children and adults, a spacious kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. It has glasses, plates and pots varied and in good condition. Hot water and good power in the jet in the shower.
There is cleaning service and we could see that the owner is aware of the place.
The beach is a few minutes down and there is a restaurant.
Something to consider is the access to the area, it is dirt with large loose stones that can make it difficult for short or small cars to pass.

The owners are visionary’s having built an extensive complex in the remote jungles of Costa de Nayarit overlooking a sparkling Pacific. I offer my thanks for creating a special place close to Casa Simpatico.
