El servicio de los meseros es pĂ©simo por no decir otra cosa, mĂĄs si te toca que te atienda El capitĂĄn de meseros un tal "Don Juan" con el cual tuve una mala experiencia ya que le solicitĂ© una factura de manera digital y el la trajo de manera fĂsica y al pedirle amablemente que me la enviaran a mi correo se comporta de manera grosera y pedante y refiere que no se puede enviar, a lo cual se le hiciste quĂ© se necesita de ese medio y que desde un principio asĂ se solicito (digital) nos lleva con la señorita que factura y muy molesto rompe mi factura frente a mĂ y dice que ya no sirve que si se envĂa al correo ya no se puede imprimir el señor siempre se comportĂł de manera grosera cuando uno siempre fue respetuosos. no puedo creer que asĂ traten al turismo en Cozumel. no recomiendo para nada el lugar de verdad hay mejores opciones. Si el lugar busca trascender deben despedir a este tipo de gente que no tiene actitud de servicio. Pides hablar con el gerente y mencionan que no estĂĄ y no atiende quejas.

The waiters' service is terrible to say the least, especially if it's your turn to be served The waitress captain, a certain "Don Juan" with whom I had a bad experience since I requested a digital bill from him and he brought it in a physical way and when I asked him politely to send it to my email, he behaves in a rude and pedantic way and says that it cannot be sent, to which he was asked what is needed from that medium and that from the beginning it was requested ( digital) takes us to the lady who invoices and very annoyed she breaks my invoice in front of me and says that it is no longer useful that if it is sent to the mail it can no longer be printed the man always behaved in a rude way when one was always respectful. I can't believe this is how they treat tourism in Cozumel. I do not recommend the place at all, there are really better options. If the place seeks to transcend, they must fire this type of people who do not have an attitude of service. You ask to speak to the manager and they mention that he is not there and he does not answer complaints.

â â â â â Great service, enclosed with AC so itâs very cool inside which is nice because a lot of places are out in the open with fans runnings. They are only open until about about 1-2:00 for breakfast and brinca. Breakfast comes with a lot food for about $6 and it includes a drink and coffee. Big menu, great place. Would highly recommend.

â â â â â Four of us went for Sunday brunch. They had a decent selection of food: some hot dishes, fruit, breads and an egg/pancake station. They also offered a couple of juices and coffee. The food was pretty good - not the best buffet I've had, but definitely not the worst. I think there are better options for the price. The setting is in the middle of a small hotel. It's really cute and quaint inside.
