★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't like rocking on a boat, this is not the place for you. I for one love being on a boat. But the food here was mediocre at best. Eating outside has its risks of cooling down your food but it wasn't hot or flavorful to begin with. My kids had pescado empanizado and the fish wasn't completely cooked. Our seafood pasta dish was seafood covered in a watery tomato sauce. The experience was good, but I wouldn't return for the food. Service was great and attentive. Bathrooms clean. Cool atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and food are excellent, I highly recommend eating here. I went on a Thursday for lunch and it was peaceful and the weather was good. I ate upstairs on the patio. You can feel some motion from the lake but it was not disturbing. The restaurant is very clean even though the decor is a little dated.

Our dog is use to fine dining in Mexico City and can’t join a less than average restaurant en Valle de Bravo. You’ll have an exceptional dining experience at El yate vide restaurant at the pier. They are pet friendly and their food was amazing. If I were you forget Los Pericos and dine at el yate vide.
