★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the favorite place to have breakfast. The food is authentic and flavorful. I love the Cafe de Olla. The even serve you fresh baked bread. My favorite is the Chorizo Chilaquiles. The service is very warm, welcoming and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the lockdown, this is one of the first places I visit and I'm very happy. I was looking for a traditional mexican breakfast and notice this place. The prices are great and the place is very nice and clean. It may not be the fastest but it's way better than most traditional places in Guanajuato. The chilaquiles were crispy and tasty. Very nice!

Our “window sill” seat looking out onto the street was nice and the interior was pleasant enough, as was the fresh baked bread. Given the lack of interesting breakfast places, most offering a quite similar menu, this is a decent choice, though nothing outstanding.
