J	José Juan Martínez Robles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de supuesto servicio al cliente, pues es imposible comunicarse y cuando por fin uno lo logra lo mandan a su consulta o problema por medio de correo electrónico argumentando que se tendrán respuestas en menos de 24 horas, vil mentira, tuve que hacer mi acuerdo directamente con el banco y este grupo jamás me dió rspuesta ni apoyó para eso. Es un fraude y por favor tengan mucho cuidado con este tipo de convenios con grupos que solo buscan jinetear o robarse de plano tu dinero y no te ayudan en lo más mínimo. Terrible attention of supposed customer service, because it is impossible to communicate and when you finally achieve it, they send you to your query or problem by email arguing that there will be answers in less than 24 hours, vile lie, I had to make my agreement directly with the bank and this group never responded or supported me for that. Si no aceptas su programa te faltan al respeto aparte que te tratan como alguien pobre. No lo recomendaria para nada menos para entrar al programa, tengo algunas quejas de una persona en especifico (Supervisor, prepotente e insolente, por no faltar al respeto pura incompetencia de su lado). No reflejan ser la empresa que mencionan en su pagina. Their customer service is lousy, not to mention their supervisors yell at their employees and feel arrogant when they call you and you don't answer them. If you don't accept their program they disrespect you apart from treating you like someone poor. I would not recommend it for anything less than to enter the program, I have some complaints from a specific person (Supervisor, arrogant and insolent, for not disrespecting pure incompetence on his side). They do not reflect being the company they mention on their page.
